This something that YOU HAVE TO TASTE when you’ll come in Sicily. It’s the famoust sicilian pastry, and in Sicily we have the best pastry school of the entire Italy. It’s very simple and extremely sweet.
The tube, very crispy, is made with wheat flour, wine, sugar and lard, and inside there is a sheep cheese with sugar called ricotta and sometimes pieces of chocolate.
Advice: don’t buy cannolo already made because the tube will not be crispy. It should be filled on time!
